This control allows you to select what output mode to use.

Headphone Mode

Utilizes the Q3D for headphones algorithm for a personal 3D audio

experience.

2 Speaker Mode

Default mode, this setting is for 2 speaker setups and uses the Q3D

2 speaker algorithm.

2D to 3D Remapping

This feature affects DirectSound and MIDI WaveTable

sources. Converts 2D stereo panning to 3D audio output.

QXpander

This feature enhances CD and DVD audio by converting nor-

mal stereo sources to expanded 3D audio.
