Sweet and sour minced beef

Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

150g minced beef

2 tomatoes

90g green peas

90g potatoes

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon oil

Marinade:

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon oyster-avoured sauce

Sauce mix:

125ml (1/2 cup) sweet and sour sauce.

1 Mix the minced beef with the marinade.

2 Cook the green peas and potatoes in boiling water in the manual

mode (see chapter ‘Using the appliance’, section ‘Using the different

modes’). Drain the peas and the potatoes.

3 Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the stir-fry mode. Sauté the minced garlic

until fragrant.

4 Stir in the marinaded minced beef, the peas, the tomatoes and the

potatoes.

5 Add the sauce mix and cook until the minced beef is done.
